There is a simple 3-step process for collecting a small amount of your pet’s remains and returning them to me so that I can then create your memorial pendant.

Step 1 Review your Order

You will receive a small Priority Mail box from the Post Office 3-5 days after you place your order. Confirm that the style and color are still preferred.

Step 2 Collect a small amount of cremated remains

Enclosed in the box mailed to you is a small vial labeled with your name and plastic spoon in a zipper style plastic bag for the collection. I require only about ¼ teaspoon of ashes for each pendant. (Any ashes that are not used in the creation of your pendant will be returned to you with your completed pendant.) For your convenience I will enclosed a small plastic spoon for gathering the ashes.

• Please gather some of your pet’s ashes with the plastic spoon provided.
• Place the ashes into the vial.
• Plug the vial and place the vial back into the plastic bag.
• You may discard the spoon.

Step 3 Mail the remains to Rainbow Bridge Jewelry

• Zip the bag closed
• Place the plastic bag containing the vial into the pre-addressed and postage-paid Priority Mail box and return to me by dropping it off to your local USPS office or drop box.
• You’re done!

In about 2-3 weeks, you should received your completed jewelry.
